About This Project

Pax Digital Insurance Journey

Hackathon Winner — Simplifying Insurance with Smart Digital Onboarding

Overview

Pax Digital Insurance Journey is our award-winning hackathon project aimed at modernizing the insurance purchasing process.
We built a seamless onboarding experience with instant approvals, chat-like interaction, and an intelligent back-office system to handle applications automatically.

Product Highlights

Onboarding

A fast, form-based onboarding process that feels like a conversation.
It eliminates unnecessary chatbot complexity while staying engaging and intuitive.

Back-Office

Not all applicants can be automatically accepted — so we built a smart backend for employees to review cases efficiently.

  • Green: Auto-accepted
  • Orange: Needs more info or adjusted insurance sum
  • Red: Declined, but automatically re-evaluated later
